Latin America Ecosystem Development - SAP Business Suite (Human Capital Management Focus)

This role builds and scales a high‑performing partner ecosystem for SAP Business Suite, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) across Latin America, driving partner coverage, capability, and specialization to accelerate indirect revenue growth.

It guides partner investment and development across SAP solutions, including HCM, Data, Business Technology Platform, and AI, enabling partners to strengthen sales, co‑innovation, and delivery capabilities. A key focus is developing Business Suite–ready partners by expanding and maturing HCM practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong ecosystem and channel development experience with a solid understanding of human capital transformation, including workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee experience.
