You will also be required to manage customer issues and perform regular deep cleaning tasks.
Specifically, you will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure the cleanliness of all carpets and floors.
- Carry out lost property procedures.
- Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively.
- Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, such as monthly deep cleaning and carpet shampooing.
- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
