Law Office Manager
Scion Law LLP is a boutique firm located in downtown Vancouver, specializing in tax, trust, estate planning and administration, as well as estate litigation and family law. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Law Office Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for lawyers, staff and service providers regarding firm operations
- Managing office equipment, facilities, software and supplies, including communicating with the firm’s vendors and service providers
- Handling all building related issues, including access to building and offices, office maintenance, and communicating building announcements to all firm members
- Overseeing and monitoring the firm’s general and trust accounts, including attending to bank reconciliations, reporting requirements, audits, and ensuring ongoing compliance with trust accounting rules and fraud prevention pr...
