Key Responsibilities
Risk Management
- Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics and regulatory issues.
- Support the General Counsel in the updating of risk related policies.
- Along with the General Counsel, provide legal advice to the management and leadership of the Firm.
- Provide professional development training on risk management.
- Review and provide comments on Firm’s contracts with vendors.
- Perform legal research and prepare memoranda relating to professional responsibility and risk management.
- Answer ethics and risk management questions from Firm members.
Special Projects
- Other duties as required.
