Lead Accountant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for varying complexities of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Will prepare complex reconciliations which are approved by the Manager.
• Demonstrate an understanding of related upstream/downstream processes and inter‑dependencies related to all balance sheet reconciliations.
• Completes timely and accurate analytics on balance sheet reconciliations prepared and approved in scope.
• Supports the aging analysis compilation and review.
• Provide guidance on reconciliation requirements for area of responsibility.
• Network and build relationships with business and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor and review key financial metrics and management reporting.
• Participate in projects and initiatives including but not limited to, system integrations, acquisitions, and process improvement for areas of responsibility.
