A Lead Collections Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable for BA.
The primary responsibility is to ensure that outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with collection activities.
- Work with internal / external customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Account reconciliations.
- Handle a customer portfolio.
