Role Description
Take the lead in enhancing services at Our Place Society as a Community Centre Team Lead. Advocate for marginalized communities while creating a welcoming environment in a full-time role.
As a key support to the Community Centre Manager, the Team Lead guides staff and ensures quality service delivery to users. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor staff while providing direction
• Address and resolve sensitive issues affecting users
• Ensure program consistency with Our Place vision
