Lead Generation & Business Intelligence Specialist

Hexagon Multivista is looking for a sharp, self-driven, and hungry individual to own our lead generation engine in the construction sector. This is not a passive research role - we need someone who gets excited about finding opportunities, building contact lists, and making things happen. You will work closely with our business development team, using platforms like Dodge Reports, ZoomInfo, and Construction Dive to identify active construction projects, map out all relevant stakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, architects, and engineers), and fuel our sales pipeline across every bidding opportunity.

• Monitor and mine multiple construction intelligence databases daily to identify projects going to bid - including Dodge Data, ZoomInfo, Construction Dive, and similar platforms.
• Build and maintain structured lead lists including General Contractors, Subcontractors, and A&E firms tied to each project.
