Essential Job Functions

The Lead Generation/Sales Executive works as part of the Business Development Team and reports to the Team Manager. Specifically, they are responsible for the following:

  • Conducts research and mapping of the market to identify areas of growth and focus for the sales team;
  • Cultivates good relationships and follow-up activities with client prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
  • Organizes the results and hands over qualified leads to the sales team;
  • Tracks and provides feedback on lead-sourcing activities; and
  • Performs additional tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.
