What You Will Be Responsible For

Source Activation & Execution

• Identify and onboard new lead sources (affiliates, call centers, partners).
• Launch sources quickly and ensure they go live without delays.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and remove blockers fast.

Lead Generation & Performance

• Ensure every source produces qualified leads consistently.
• Monitor performance and optimize underperforming sources.
• Scale high performing channels.

Partner Management

• Act as the main point of contact for lead partners.
• Set clear expectations and hold partners accountable.
• Ensure alignment on volume, quality, and timelines.
