Lead Industrial Designer

Main Responsibilities

• Understanding and interpreting customer and market requirements to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet applicable functional and appearance requirements.
• Participating in and leading, as necessary, work packages during tenders, delivery projects, and Research & Development activities.
• Ensuring proposed design solutions align with established brand, design, and perceived quality standards.
• Effectively communicating design proposals and solutions using a variety of techniques, including but not limited to sketches, renderings, Alias models, and specification documents.
• Working as part of a multi-functional engineering team.
• Working with external partners.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of design processes.
• Successfully completing bid and delivery projects through the timely completion of agreed deliverables.
