Lead Matchmaker – Founding Role
Full‑time contract in Medellín, Colombia, with regular travel to Bogotá.
Reports to Founder (North American entrepreneur, confidential).
Compensation: COP $7.5M–$12M per month base (~$2,000 USD) + performance bonuses. Start date: Q2 2026.
