This role involves managing the Laboratory Department under the guidance of the Regional Director. You will plan and direct the work of staff while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the Laboratory Department
• Direct and organize laboratory staff's daily work
• Ensure quality assurance standards are consistently maintained
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and budgets
• Prepare reports and manage personnel records
Requirements:
• Graduate of recognized Medical Laboratory Technology program
• Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Science or relevant certification
