Lead Pastor

Job Description

- Provide spiritual, pastoral, and organizational leadership to the congregation, staff and ministry volunteers. - This role exists to uphold Bethel's mission of fostering biblical teaching, authentic community, meaningful worship, and Spirit-led discipleship. - The lead Pastor works in partnership with the Board to guide the church toward spiritual health, relational unity, and missional impact and accountable to the District Superintendent of the PAOC in matters of ministerial ethics, moral purity, doctrine and issues of affiliation with our fellowship. - Biblical qualifications: Mat. 28:19-20, 1 Tim. 3:1-7 Titus 1:6-9, 1Pet. 5:2-4. - To serve as chief executive officer of the church with regard to day-to-day operations, correspondence, government and legal matters pertaining to the assembly.
