POSITION

The Payments Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring Payments initiatives are executed, delivered, and stabilized successfully once work is committed. This role exists to protect customer trust, revenue integrity, and operational stability across Payments. It owns delivery outcomes in a space where failures are client‑visible, financially sensitive, and escalate quickly. This role owns execution, accountability, and recovery — stepping in wherever Payments work becomes stuck, risky, or escalated.
