Lead Sales & Marketing Specialist

Atlas Bench, an Atlassian Partner, is hiring a Lead Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage daily task tracking and coordination across the sales and marketing functions.

This position requires someone who is both strategic and hands‑on. You will organize, track, and prioritize all work related to leads, campaigns, and partner initiatives. You must be a quick study who can understand Atlassian partner dynamics, learn how our business operates, and help create strategies and priorities that drive results.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure that every cold, warm, and active account is being managed effectively. This role demands someone who can both do the work personally and manage others in completing assigned tasks.
