Leader Operation Engineer - Onsite - Cali Colombia - Full Bilingual Location Cali (with ability to support U.S.-based projects) Role Mission Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.


Key Responsibilities ·           Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3).
