Lead the Birthing Suites at Credit Valley Hospital as the Clinical Leader, focusing on quality enhancement and staff coordination. This full-time role champions diversity and inclusion.
This position within the Women’s and Children’s Program allows you to shape and coordinate the clinical operations of the Birthing Suites. Collaborating with clinical educators and nursing staff, you will support program development and ensure the highest standard of patient care. You will embody leadership through effective mentorship and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations in the Birthing Suites
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives
• Support staff training and development for clinical roles
• Ensure stable staffing through coordination with schedulers
