Lead Business Analyst – Nubank

We’re looking for a self‑driven individual to analyze data, develop insights, and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and business efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define backlog, prioritize activities, own the analytical agenda of a complex initiative and align with multiple groups and stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive solution to key business problems.
• Guide research work, deciding which data makes the most sense to use; when data is missing, suggest alternative tests or extraction methods.
• Influence decisions based on high‑complexity analysis with uncertainty, working across engineering, product, and other teams.
• Work autonomously with large volumes of information, building databases to support risk calculation while recognizing limits of data availability.
• Extract, model, and visualize data using SQL, Python, and Scala to tell data stories.
