Role Description
This role reports to the Manager of Learning and Development and is primarily responsible for conducting training and development needs analysis, designing and developing digital learning content, and implementing training initiatives that address assessed needs. The role plays a critical part in building future‑ready capabilities within the organization through enterprise‑wide e‑learning development and modern instructional design methodologies.
The Learning and Development Consultant takes the lead in digital content creation, e‑learning development, and the application of adult learning principles.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end project management of learning programs within the team
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using adult learning methodologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
