The Operations Performance & Workforce Management (OPWFM) team is part of the Operational Excellence and Capabilities pillar in Business Banking Operations. The Performance & Workforce Management team is responsible for colleague hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development, reporting, workforce management and performance testing supporting BB Operations.
