Role Description
+ Location: Belleville, Ontario, Canada
+ Compensation: $41,500 annually plus bonus
+ Job Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
+ Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required
Job Overview:
The Leasing Agent is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
+ Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required.
+ Process application forms and handle all phone calls.
+ In case of any issues and concerns, the Rental Agent is responsible to escalate the concern to the Property Manager.
