Role Description

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the senior legal advisor, the legal advisor provides advice to the company, its subsidiaries, and their various departments on a range of legal matters and handles the relevant documentation, in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. He or she works primarily in international commercial law and corporate law, and occasionally in other areas as required by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in collaboration with the senior legal advisor on a variety of cases;
  • Analyze, draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, contracts with suppliers of products, equipment, or services, transportation contracts, supply contracts with our customers, and leases;
  • Follow up on documents related to our contracts (e.g., insurance certificates, supplier compliance documents, etc.);
