What You'll Do
- Request and track medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate client and provider information using case management software
- Prepare case supplements and organize documentation for legal proceedings
- Respond to legal discovery requests including interrogatories, admissions, and document production
- Provide essential administrative and litigation support to attorneys and case managers
