This role provides legal support across the LATAM region — not only Peru — focusing on regulatory analysis, legal research (including TNC, consumer protection, labor law, advertising, and administrative law), and monitoring legislative changes to translate them into practical business recommendations. The position involves drafting legal memos, handling user claims and administrative procedures (e.g., before INDECOPI), supporting contract drafting and negotiations, and reviewing marketing materials.
