Job Description

: In this role, you will manage team, ensure process compliance, resolutions of escalations, meet the team targets as conveyed by managers from time to time and prepare deliverable plans of the projects & ensure that work product meets quality parameters laid down for the respective projects.Responsibilities:Excellent domain knowledge on Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, summarization)Experience working with IT contracts and knowledge of legal framework for IT & ITES, exposure to procurement contracts, subcontract, M&A would be an added advantage.Review and interpret contract provisions critically; Possess a complete understanding of industry specific risks associated with clauses.Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries, global standards, and best practices.Understanding of corporate legal requirements including but not limited to th...
