Responsibilities- Support corporate governance and maintenance of the IMMEX program.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Oversee legal and regulatory compliance related to IMMEX operations, including the correct handling of temporary imports/exports and coordination with customs brokers and trade compliance teams.
- Support corporate governance and certification programs, including documentation and processes necessary for maintaining special trade and operational authorizations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk management standards across supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions.
