Role Description
Our client is a Canadian life insurance organization specializing in annuity solutions for pension plans, associations, and individuals. With a strong market presence and continued expansion, the company is well-positioned for long-term success.
They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal and Compliance team on an 18-month contract. Reporting to senior legal leadership, this role provides broad legal support across the organization’s operations and contributes to regulatory compliance initiatives. The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams including sales, actuarial, operations, investments, risk, and finance.
