Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of contracts and legal documents, including financial contracts and service agreements.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with Mexican financial regulations and requirements issued by CNBV, CONDUSEF, and Banco de México (Banxico), including AML/CFT, PEP screening, and internal compliance policies.
• Managing corporate governance documentation, including bylaws, board and shareholder meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and other corporate records.
• Advising on structuring products, debt restructuring (e.g., GICSA bonds), and specific financial instruments like mutual funds.
• Assisting in the recovery of delinquent accounts for credit products and protecting the company’s rights, including but not limited to reviewing collection processes, dealing with delinquent accounts, and potentially litigation/enforcement.
