About the Role
:
You will work closely with the Legal Counsel responsible for Swiss Re’s Reinsurance operations in Brazil and the Southern Cone, providing support across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting legal research on insurance and reinsurance regulation, corporate law, and related mattersAssisting in the drafting and review of basic legal documents, including corporate and contractual materialsSupporting the preparation of internal legal memoranda, reports, and regulatory submissionsAssisting in corporate governance activities (., board documentation, filings, compliance tracking)Helping maintain organized legal documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)Supporting the preparation of presentations, training materials, and internal communicationsSupporting legal initiatives involving regulatory changes,...
