Legal Manager (Colombia)

Role Overview

The Legal team is a key enabler of growth and innovation within a highly regulated fintech environment. This area works closely with Product, Finance, Risk, and Executive teams to structure, launch, and scale financial solutions. As a Legal Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging legal expertise with financial strategy, ensuring that complex transactions and products are both compliant and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Leading legal structuring and execution of capital markets transactions (e.g., debt issuances, securitizations, structured finance)
• Advising on investment banking-related activities, including fundraising, equity/debt rounds, and strategic partnerships
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations applicable to capital markets and investment activities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex financial agreements (term sheets, ISDA agreements, credit facilities, investment contracts...
