Role Description

**Responsibilities**:- Serve as a partner and advisor providing legal assistance and support to business stakeholders regarding all employment & HR matters, such as employment contracts, claims of discrimination, and employment-related arbitration- Provide critical inputs on compliance with employment laws and regulations; provide counsel to managers regarding compliance with employment laws- Accomplish results by leveraging networks/connections, colleagues, and peers within the organization, including compensation teams, ER teams, internal investigatory teams- Proactively identify, evaluate, and contribute to the appropriate management of legal, regulatory, and reputational risk- Escalate, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards- Manage with the team a significant caseload of litigation and liaise with litigation colleagues and country c...
