Role Description
Help enhance Smile Digital Health's software components as a Level 2 Support Engineer. Engage with customers and internal teams while providing after-hours support.
In this crucial role, you will maintain and develop core software components including storage, management tools, and deployment infrastructure. Collaborate with various departments to gather product requirements, design new features, and implement solutions. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring Tier 1 service desk staff while providing support during escalated incidents.
