Camrose Home Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for its Home Care team. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team working within the client’s residential environment to provide assessments, direct care, and support the emotional wellbeing and comfort of the client. Utilizing your experience in wound care, palliative care, and client teaching, you will take a collaborative approach to meeting health goals, contribute to the nursing diagnosis, and participate in nursing interventions and outcomes. You will provide safe, quality client and family‑centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.
