Role Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for an LP Partnership Manager to drive business development and build strong relationships with liquidity providers across key regions. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, onboarding, and managing LP partners, while working closely with the trading team to optimize liquidity, pricing, and execution.
The ideal candidate is highly connected within the local market, with a strong network of liquidity providers and a deep understanding of regional payment and banking landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, source, and establish relationships with local and regional liquidity providers
Evaluate LP quality (pricing, depth, reliability, regions covered)
Negotiate trading terms (spreads, fees, credit lines, margin terms)
Market & Network Development
Leverage existing network to expand LP coverage in key regions (APAC, LATAM, Africa)
Maintain strong relationships with banks, payment providers, ...
