Liquor Supervisor

Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Liquor Supervisor to join our Liquor Team on a full‑time basis at our location in Vermilion, AB . Reporting to the Liquor Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily Liquor Store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and provincial liquor regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the Co‑op brand experience.

• Support and act on behalf of the Liquor Store Manager when required.

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to a team of Liquor Clerks.

• Foster a positive, engaged, and safety‑focused work environment.
