• Manage Prenuvo's litigation and employment claims
• Develop and execute strategies with outside counsel
• Conduct internal legal investigations to ensure compliance
• Analyze litigation exposures and maintain budgets
• Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance issues
Requirements:
• J.D. degree and active bar membership required
