Litigation Law Clerk — Downtown Toronto
Hybrid Work Model - 3 Days Remote / 2 Days In-Office
Our client, a highly regarded law firm, located in the downtown core is growing! They are looking to add aLitigation Law Clerk to its well known and tight knit team. This is a full time permanent position. This client will consider any level of litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- In this role you will work in the area of civil and commercial litigation. Prepare pleadings, affidavits, assist with discovery and trial preparations, docket your time, schedule mediations and discoveries, prepare accounts and perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and knowledge of a litigation document and management software
- Must possess a Law Clerk Diploma or Certificate
