Our Client is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant who brings solid litigation experience along with a strong understanding of labour and employment matters, including union-related files and workplace disputes, to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone who keeps files moving, stays one step ahead of their lawyers, and takes real pride in being the steady force behind a busy practice. The position follows a hybrid structure with two days in the office and the remainder remote, with the occasional need for extra in-office collaboration when major files or projects arise.
