Your role will encompass managing property and casualty claims, attending trials and mediations, and advising claims and underwriting departments. The ideal candidate should have extensive litigation experience and a strong background in negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities: • Represent Echelon Insurance in court and during mediations • Draft all necessary legal documents for proceedings • Report on material developments and settlements • Develop efficient workflows with the Director of Litigation • Offer mentorship to junior legal staff and clerks
