Role Description
Join the nurturing team at Little Sprouts Christian Early Learning Center as an On-Call Early Childhood Educator Assistant. Support children’s growth in a faith-based, play-centered environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
We seek a dedicated ECEA to provide assistance on an on-call basis at our Comox location. Your role will include supporting the Lead Educator in creating a safe, engaging atmosphere tailored to the developmental needs of young children. Candidates who embody patience and enthusiasm will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily routines and activities based on early learning principles
• Help create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
