Key responsibilities include visual inspections, grounds upkeep, and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring the property meets company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain all property systems
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests
• Oversee grounds maintenance and cleanliness
• Manage snow removal and exterior duties
• Collaborate with contractors for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in residential property management
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Capacity for physical tasks, lifting up to 100 lbs
