Valence Labs is looking for an experienced LLM Systems Engineer who will enhance drug discovery through innovative ML applications. Utilize your strong engineering background in an exciting, interdisciplinary environment.
As a key player in our team, you will focus on building and optimizing LLM-based systems that significantly contribute to scientific discovery. Your role will involve creating novel ML methods for drug discovery and collaborating with both dry and wet lab scientists. This position requires a strong desire to push the boundaries of machine learning applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to LLM-based applications in drug discovery
• Improve existing open-source LLMs for specialized tasks
• Design and implement novel ML methods and frameworks
• Engage with the scientific community on open-source libraries
• Develop RAG systems combining vector database technology
