**General job description**:
- Selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and motivates a subordinate staff which includes Service Agent, Sr.
Service Agent, Courier/Handler, and Couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation.
- Controls and effectively utilizes manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budgets.
