**General job description**:Under general supervision performs the following activities:- Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
- Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S.- Coordinates loading of shipments at customer's location to met customer's shipping schedules and requirements.
