Logistic Sales Specialist (Monterrey)

Objectives of the Position
Contact potential customers
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Maintain clients records.
Activities
Make bookings with shipping lines and/or airlines for exports.
Issue HBLs for export.
Create and update electronic files.
Fill out and update the operations report in Drive.
Update shipments in the System (dates and documents).
Monitor each shipment.
Review documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BLs, customs declarations).
Prepare letters of instruction for shipping lines.
Release shipments.
Collect and review expense accounts and all invoices.
Request payments to suppliers.
Enter costs/sales into the system for invoicing.
Process warranty returns with shipping lines and clients.
Send arrival notifications.
Requirements
Degree in International Business and Foreign Trade or related.
