Role Description
A dynamic laboratory is looking for an experienced Shipper/Receiver to oversee domestic and international shipping operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and process receiving documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate shipments via:
- Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, etc.)
- Less‑Than‑Truckload (LTL)
- Full Truckload (FTL)
- Air Freight
- Ocean Freight
- Prepare shipping documents including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Packing Lists
- Export Documentation
- Dangerous Goods Declarations
- Certificates of Origin (when required)
- Ensure compliance with:
- TDG regulations
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations
