• Deliver personalized nursing care based on resident assessments
• Guide Personal Support Workers effectively during shifts
• Notify physicians regarding critical resident status changes
• Collaborate closely with health care providers for support
• Engage in shift reports to share vital updates
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
