Responsibilities
Co-design capacity development courses, programs, solutions and interventions with the research programs at CIMMYT and other technical partners that collaborate with the Academy under the guidance of senior capacity development specialist.
Assist in structuring learning content, including learning objectives, modules, activities, and basic assessments.
Build engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
Support the development and formatting of instructional materials such as presentations, infographics, learner guides, facilitator guides, worksheets, and multimedia resources.
Assist with basic editing, layout, and quality checks of learning materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with institutional guidelines.
Support the organization and version control of learning content and materials.
