Role Overview
As a Mainframe Media Management professional, you will provide hands‐on support for IBM VTS (Virtual Tape Server) environments within enterprise mainframe platforms.
You will play a key role in ensuring reliability, integrity, and efficient lifecycle management of mainframe media, supporting critical business operations and compliance requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with global teams to manage tape and media environments across z/OS, z/VM, and zLinux, contribute to incident resolution and root cause analysis, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
